Delete Your Mesostrength Account

Delete your account in the app

1. Open “Profile & Settings”.
2. Select “Delete my account”.
3. Confirm to permanently delete your account.

Alternatively, you can email support@mesostrength.com to request that your account be deleted.

What happens to your data

When you delete your account, all of your account and training data is permanently deleted. The only thing we retain is your email address, and only if it claimed a free trial, to prevent trial abuse. No other data is kept.
