1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MESOSTRENGTH, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

MESOSTRENGTH is a web-based strength training application for planning, tracking, and optimizing hypertrophy training using mesocycle periodization. The service includes workout logging, template creation, automatic volume adjustment, and training analytics.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use MESOSTRENGTH. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Each person may maintain only one account.

5. Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial upon first signup. The trial is granted once per email address and is non-renewable. Deleting your account and re-signing up does not grant a new trial.

6. Purchases and Billing

MESOSTRENGTH offers subscription plans (monthly and annual). All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Subscription management, including cancellation and payment updates, is handled through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal accessible from your account settings.

7. Affiliate Program

MESOSTRENGTH offers an affiliate program through Lemon Squeezy. Affiliate commission tracking, payouts, and program terms are managed entirely by Lemon Squeezy. Affiliates are subject to Lemon Squeezy's affiliate terms and conditions. MESOSTRENGTH does not manage affiliate payouts directly.

8. Refund Policy

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at support@mesostrength.com and we will work with you to find a resolution.

9. License Grant

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use MESOSTRENGTH for your personal training purposes.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the application
• Scraping, data mining, or automated extraction of content
• Interfering with the service's operation or other users' access
• Using the service for any unlawful purpose

11. Intellectual Property

The MESOSTRENGTH name, logo, and application code are the property of MESOSTRENGTH. You retain full ownership of the training data you enter into the service.

12. Not Medical Advice

MESOSTRENGTH provides training tools and volume recommendations, not medical or professional fitness advice. The information provided by the service is for educational and informational purposes only. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or modifying any exercise program. You use the service at your own risk.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MESOSTRENGTH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the service.

15. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed as described in our Privacy Policy.

16. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of changes by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
